I know he was very nervous that day being it was his high school debut and also the coaches had district teams watching and didn't let him play as much or many of the starters for that matter.

Yes, he's a starter at West.

Ryan Odum of Hendersonville. Plays travel at the 93 level. Physical and knows how to play the game. Starts some as a freshman on a loaded team. He is as good or better than any of the Frosh playing at the 94 club level.
