Good Luck to Coach Loftis and the Jackson County Blue Devils. I will be there to watch the home games and I will be cheering for you on the away games. Lets Go Big Blue take one game at a time. I know that you can have a great season this year. If you are hungry enough you will go out every game wanting to win. You people can say that they will lose 8 or 9 games, but I have FAITH THAT THEY WILL PROVE YOU WRONG /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

I do not have to prove anything to you! The Boys and Coach Loftis will do that when they play... You can not judge a team by last season. From what I have been told there are more boys wanting to play football for Coach Loftis. You have to have a Coach that the Boys want to play for and if you do not have that then they will not play football at all. You must not have FAITH in the boys like the rest of the Community does....So saying that I have FAITH that they will have a better reason than last year. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

John Dryden, a British poet said, ""For they conquer who believe they can". Instead of being so negative, why not give them a chance. It is people like you that discourage young people. Instead of badmouthing them why don't you put your energy into something constructive like showing some support.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
