What are the "hot" bats this year/ which are not all they are supposed to be?

The Easton Stealth is a great bat, but we broke 3 of them. Now using the Easton Clearity(sp)?.

Never been much of an Easton fan, $200+ for a bat that breaks. I guess I'll will continue buying Mikens and Demarinis

Demarini CF3 is IMHO the hottest bat out for 2009.. It is most likely the same bat the Phenix, which was very hot but CF3 is hot..

VirusFP and Virus Morphed from Combat! Tested them side by side with CF3 and Stealth Clarity. 1. Combat, 2. Stealth Clarity, 3. CF3 (Distant 3rd place) IMHO

My DDs Stealth is still going strong...she has been careful with it and has been using an 08 Synergy when it is too cool or for practice. I have another new one in wait for when this one eventually dies. I don't like the idea behind the Clarity and will not buy one when the 08 Stealths finally go their way. She hit a Combat last fall at one of their set-ups at a tournament and really liked it...not enough to trade in the 08 Stealth though but it would probably be the next purchase if the Stealths live up to their breakable rep...

Word on the street is the Triton by Louisville Slugger is the hot bat this year. Not a big fan of two piece bats and this one is a three piece. Time will tell.....................

But if I did have some $$$ Stealth Clarity is a very good bat, also a lot of players like the Demarini but not a big fan of Lousiville Sluggers bats, but for someone who still uses wooded bats what do I know? /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />

between the easton stealths and demarini phenix and cf3 or composite bats in general, the rockettech seems forgotten.it still is a great bat and may be popular again if the composites are banned totally. the ball really jumps of the composites and they put alot of spin on the ball, but durability...ehh could be better, especially when you drop three bills on a composite compared to about two hundred on a rockettech

I don't know of any power hitters that have used a Rocket Tech for a year and had it stay "round". However, I have seen some that are triangled still really send the ball deep!!
