Harpeth lookes to lead the way in district play this year. the changes make for some good looking games. can't wait for the creek wood game. going to be fun smashing faces against them. team that looks to give us themost trouble might be camden. don't know alot about them, but they always seem to be good. we will have to see. The fall will be here before we know it and the we dominate!!! GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now lets not show favortism to the team you root for or play for. hint hint Waverly winning it will not happen, harpeth has a way better chance than Waverly, but they will not dominate.

1. Camden (talent and nobody is familer with them, but 1 and 2 and 3 can go either way)

2. Creek Wood ( Everybody on offense back, and half of the D lots of young guys got experience)

3. Harpeth (Good Offense, Questions on the deffensive side as they move up to face more dynamic offenses)

4. Cheatham (Lost alote, But always well Coached)

5 and 6 Stewart and Waverly (could go either way, neither very good)

7. Central ( I find myself rooting for them to get on track, hopefully they can win some games)

Overall Weak District, but will be fun to watch.. none of these teams will do anything after the regular season

Wildcatsroll should be banned from coacht.

Creek Wood has put some serious work in during the offseason. I see them having potential to compete in the playoffs.

Cheatham always has a good deffense. Cw's has really struggled the last two seasons, but if its true about the old D coordinator returning they have a chance to be pretty good.

Still dont see them doing much in the playoff's

But can they stop Harpeth? Great passing game, one the dist. will have to get ready for. The running game will be better than the last couple years. Cheatham and Cw better get ready for a butt kickin. This is the year for the boys from KS. GO TRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Honestly the A.D. may be powerless at Maryville to some degree versus other schools. I know he has his hands full with GoFan and all the stupid surprises just from the emails he sends out during the season.
    • Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
