Oakland should be pretty competitive. Started 3 juniors in the postseason. Kody Brown, Buddy Mitchell, and Christian Adams will be a pretty good 3 to build around, but Oakland is going to need develop some role players. Sean Carter could be a good one, Jahaad Lyons has the size. Would be big if Sam Stevens could become a threat inside. Plus some pretty good players from the freshmen team. Oakland will be tough and competitive. Outside of that, I really have no idea what to expect.

Siegel will return 6'9 cedrick williams,6'9 stephen hurt, 6'4 oscar butler, 6'3 connor smith. They will return some good guard play in labrock thomas and janeal mcdonald. The freshmen team was extremely talented and will add some guys who should see minutes right away. Dotson will def have the horses there!!

Hurt put up a double double in the region championship game and made the all region team. no big deal though right? probably wont be a factor. what an idiot.

Last time I saw him, he was just big and slow....no skill, just took up space.

Kids have good games every now and then....like look at Kyle Kuric when Louisville beat Syracuse this weekend. Perfect example. But uh if you go by dnj's statistics he averages about 5-6 points(could be lower, could have games were he didnt score, but played, in that case the game just wouldnt show up). But if you think those are great numbers for a 6'9 guy who slows the game down immensely and you cant run long, then hey....BIG FACTOR you have over there at siegel.

    • Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.
    • Doe dee doe doe…..hmmmmmmm one of those players can run faster than my lawnmower when I put it in 5th gear turbo.  You can bet the lawnmower on that.
    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
