doc_6
Re: the Bradley kid from Tyner, T-Mac, I normally agree with you in part if not fully, but I think this might be a case of the "I know more than the people who get paid to do this". While I respect your opinion & Jay Z did say "numbers don't lie", numbers also don't predict potential. In the college recruiting scene, guards are primarily measured by numbers & leadership, big men are measured by potential, skill level, and mobility. Now back to the numbers: Connecticut (Big East, Hall of Fame Coach), Boston College (ACC), Georgia (SEC) as well as Drake & up & coming VCU were his top five from my understanding. These professionals see (saw) something. He may never be the kid we can brag about in the barbershops, but I think he'll be a quality student/ athlete whether it be Connecticut or elsewhere. TynerRamFan
Chattanooga is a bunch of howard haters...look at the sequatchie person saying howard was vulnerable...lol in a blowout...then the ramfan adding on...because people base their season on beating howard..tyner has beat them what twice in 10years so that's 20+ wins to two and most were blowouts so talk when u catch up billygoats...I mean rams...and as for what I said about bradley...I'm happy for him but I just feel he is not good...look at it this way...words from jay z.... MEN LIE, WOMEN LIE, NUMBERS DON'T!!!! He averages 5 points in Chattanooga!!! Home of the 6'1" centers ...t-mac, you need to quit being so sensitive...nobody is 'hating' on Howard...we promote our team just like you promote your team...we know Howard has been consistent in fielding good basketball programs...it's been documented...and yes, when we get a victory we are going to talk about it(like you will probably talk when the Howard football team 'ever' gets to beat the "RamTrain" )...back to basketball...I've already said what needs to be said about Big 'Mike'...I am looking foward to the game on this Friday and I hope and pray that the young men stay healthy and are able to play all the way thru to the end of the season!!! doc_6
Cleveland is the best team in the area A week or two they had 9 threes-in the first quarter. That's impressive who else is filling it up other than Sanders.
Indian
I'm not sure for the season totals. They beat Science Hill a week ago by 5 and Sanders had 35. King and Davis were also in double figures and I think Parks has had some good games.
ChattanoogaStone
Cleveland is the best team in the area I think I heard that Grace beat Cleveland in a pre-season matchup. Was Cleveland missing some players or had an off day? I know people shouldn't read too much into pre-season games. I was just throwing that out there... clevelandblueraiderfan
When grace beat cleveland in preseason we was without two starters(Parks and M.Davis) and our sixth man(B.Davis).
BBaller91
I think a great match up might be Mccallie and Cleveland. I think they both might be in the Times Free Press tournament?
clevelandblueraiderfan
I don't believe Cleveland is in the TFP Best of Preps tourney, they will be going to the Mt. Juliet classic on the 18th and 19th, then they are headed to Windermere,Flordia on the 28th, 29th, and 30th.
