No they don't and in the past they have requested that opponents not bring their radio broadcasters either. They want butts in the seats not at home listening!

I don't believe that you can tell the radio station for a visiting team that they can not come and broadcast the game. If a school tried that, I imagine the TSSAA would get an earful. That would be the same as denying the printed press the right to come and cover a game. There would certainly be some freedom of the press and freedom of speach issues.

That's like trying to charge for parking at a high school football game. If you ever go to a highschool game and they are trying to charge you for parking, either just smile and waive as you go by or simply tell them it is against the TSSAA's by-laws and then ask them if they knew that. A few teams ran into that at East Ridge last year. That's a big no-no.
