Congrats on the win guys! It's always sweet to win on Warrior Hill, heck it's sweet to win over HV anywhere in my book. You toughed it out when you had to, but I saw things I'm sure the coaching staff will work on come monday. HV just killed our inside linemen all night long. Who needs to pass when you can get 8-15 yards a pop on an inside up the middle run? The big play really saved the Dogs tonight, because whenever HV got close, Hampton hit a huge play to push it back out. THe half-back pass was huge. Now that we've got this one in the books, focus on Cloudland on thursday night. I suspect they're better than their record would indicate, and they always get up for Hampton. So don't rest on your record, and come out and play hard. Go Dogs! :popcorneater:

Great game by both squads,Price came up large after Taylor went down. Alot of big plays by alot of people on both sides. Great win . Proud to be a Bulldog fan.

What about our kicking coach and our new ability to kick. I'm impressed.

I"ll second that...congrats coaching staff & players...any news on Adam's condition?

Good job tonight Dawgs! Pujo, how's the playoff run shaping up your way? Dawg fans, look at the Oneida thread about the radio show next week. I'm on my bb, and really don't feel like typing it again. Best of luck!

Got it Seven, things are starting to fall in place. Don't see anything that surprises me,this has the makings of some good football games. 2a has several quatity opponents.

Thanks for the lowdown.

The turnaround of the game was the huge blocked pass that turned into an interception made by Hamptons #44 and that lead up to the events to go and kick a field goal fo 3 and the halfback pass was sweet to seal the deal outstanding play. I would say that if the Field conditions & weather would have been right, both JC games & this one were the best ones to have watched. HV did a good job on moving the ball for yardage on the dogs.

Congratulations on the win dogs,

Work hard on the wrong doings, because going into the play offs the other teams will take high advantage of our mistakes, so lets get that corrected and see how far you guy’s want to go.

Now get ready to take it to Orr field and play hardnosed football. GO DOGS!!!!!! Wolf wolf…

    • Hope the catcher on baseball team come back out and play's football . He didn't play last year if I remember but I don't remember much after that wreck anyways.. But he did play his freshman and soph years and I thought was a very good player. He's put on some size now, so I'm hoping he's thinking about playing again..
    • Pirates are young this year.  Gordy can sleep on them.
    • They’ll get it worked out eventually.Farragut is too good of a program to be down for long. As an OR fan, I can’t really say I’m too distraught about it though.
    • I didn’t even see that until you said something, but I don’t think it’s that bad. Yes, the coaches can’t get along with each other. But I don’t think they’re openly taking shots at each other right in front of the parents. If they are, that’s pitiful though, that’s really pitiful. I sure hope they’re not, but yeah, I’ve heard the same thing from players over at Farragut getting fed up, and I feel as though what the coaching staff has been trying to keep under the prying eyes of the parents is now out on full display.
    • and there is definitely a reason for that—more than just Catholic recruiting.
