I'll throw this out there for those predicting a Charger upset. No disrespect, just material for discussion. There are 2 common opponents between CAK & McMinn Central this year. Obviously this is not always a reliable barometer, but it is fun for discussion.

Actually, that is the smell of food from the concessions. I don't mean to be blunt, but there won't be an upset this Friday unless it's my upset stomach from eating too many Warrior Burgers.

I understand what an upset is, I am asking what suggests an upset of CAK by McMinn Central? I can't think of any reasons other than wishful thinking. I believe that smell is coming from a large animal in the barnyard Those numbers suggest that CAK will win this game. Of course anything can happen and the Chargers are capable of winning. I expect them to compete and give the Warriors a tough contest, but in the end I believe CAK has proven over the course of a full season to be the better team and the Warriors will prevail. I really don't care about margin of victory, just win Warriors, just win.

Also, in regards to the Sequoyah game, Central plays them every year. The programs are familiar with each other. That always makes for a better game. I think logic says that CAK will win but I expect this to be one of the best games in the first round in any class. I think either team can win. This game is going to be about turnovers & execution. Central losses came to teams with a combined 28-2 record. CAK's is 10-0. The system hosed both teams but it is, what it is....Go Chargers!

I don't know to much about CAK and i ain't been to very many Central games this year so i ain't got much info but i would love to see my chargers get out of the first one this year three years in a row with first rounds losses just would not be cutting it go chargers

Sorry, I forgot that one. I believe that was the storm delayed game. Give the edge to Central in that one. But it doesn't change the overall numbers enough to affect my opinion that nothing here suggests an upset. Bad weather, injured or returning players, positive or negative emotions from an incident, etc... are reasons that suggest an upset is coming. Hey, sometimes I think my team is going to win in an upset just because I'm a homer and am wishing & hoping. I don't blame any Charger fan for thinking they can win, I certainly think they can, I just don't believe they will win based on the full body of information from this entire season. I agree with many who suggest that this is one of the best first round games in the state. Evidently the Knoxville New Sentinel agrees since they have designated this the "game of the week". Good luck to both teams and their supporters. We'll try to make enough Naner Puddin for all

all those previous scores of those games mean nothing. central and cak are two teams similar in talent. just like in every other game, whoever plays the best in the trenches will win this one.
