pedo_29
Warren Co. head coach Chris Madewell has resigned. Since you live in Manchester do you feel Nunley will do the same at Coffee County? No.

Lost Old Dad
Probably the Coach WITH experience that would be VERY dedicated to Warren County would be Coach Steve Britton. Only thing is he would have to have some real guarentees in writing this time after how he was treated by the Super in Franklin County. If he applied I would hope he gets it as it would allow him to come home to Coach where he really belongs. While I do not live there or really have a dog in the hunt, I do know Coach Britton and both respect and truly like him as a man and a coach. SmashmouthFB
Steve has ties here and would be very loyal but his record isnt very good, the staff that was just ousted beat him a few times. Its all a buzz as to how its gonna be there are several names that keep popping up.Rankin(Yeah Right!!) David Oconnor (Dont know much the last 3 years looks great) Steve Britton(Hometown Boy Makes Good ... careful madwell was a hometown boy also) Matt Snow (another hometown Boy). Id like to see the list of applicants ,It would be cool to see who is interested in coming here
Pioneersports
What's to be careful about???? Madewell was a hometown boy that came in and broke the 39 game losing streak, went to the playoffs 4 yrs, made WC a contender each year and brought respect back to the program. If hope another "hometown boy" can come in and have the success that Madewell had.

SmashmouthFB
There was nothing negative meant by that but being a hometown boy with no past success Madewell didnt get the support from the administration that he needed. Not replacing assistant coaches.. forcing you to remove your OC .... the list goes on and on.
Pionneralum
Matt Snow would be a great candidate. He knows how to win. Who every the new hire is, that coach has to be able to bring in an entire new staff. If we want to be successful, I believe we need to put some money out on the table.
