Didnt Clark Range lose 4 of their top players from last years team?

Clarkrange lost 4 seniors. 3 started and the other was 6'2 post who saw lots of playing time.

2 excellent starters remain ( Reed, Heady) and there are some good players stepping up to fill

other starting positions. May not have the depth as last year but will be very strong contenders.

The lady buffaloes will be loaded as always and could win the district but don't under estimate JC with their senior Leonard reinging miss BB really leading her team this year with some other very good players having the chip on their shoulder of being upset in region last year of being ready for post season play.I really don't see either of them losing to anybody in region but you never know thats why we play the games, but it will be much more difficult to get an upset after last year.

i'll say this much ANYONE That overlooks The Lady Cats this year will be sitting at home come March (Remember that Jackson County) the way PC looks this year after seeing 2 Pre-Season Games and watching them playing against our alumni they will give people fits this year and COULD challange Clarkrange for that top spot, the only hard part would be wheter the BELIEVE they can beat Clarkrange or not, time will tell.

  • 3 weeks later...

yeah those pre season games and alumni games definetly spell another state tourney visit and PC is bound to challenge C'range cause nobody else is good enough, but hopefully JC can luck up and finnally defeat the mighty lady bobcats even with the 3 allstate you think you have. Good luck to the inferrior teams of LA, Clay Co, Jackson co. and Clarkrange when you play the mighty lady bobcats and their superior coach and their all knowledgable fans.

Yeah cause you can just tell so much in preseason games and an alumni game with women who've got two and three kids. PC hasn't looked great in any game I've seen them play this season. They have beaten teams they should have beaten. But they got beat by LA pretty bad, and looked really bad in that game. I can't gauge this team yet, its too early. Tomorrow night will say a lot about PC when they play York.

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
