Columbia is a run stop team. They have stuggled with the passing spread offenses in the postseason. They stopped running team Sullivan South dead in their tracks. That said, maybe SS isn't nearly as potent as Beech.

I heard Beech had three or four guys that are considering going Pro and/or retiring from football once they win State since their careers would basically be fulfilled.

 

A Hendersonville area paper is reporting that Parcells, Bellichek, Holmgren, and even Tom Landry were seen at or near Shackle Island this week.

 

Columbia needs to stay on the porch, the Titans couldn't even give Beech a game.

When the Lions get off the bus, look for the guy who is the 17 year old remake of this Iron Mike. Could pass for his son or brother, and if they were the same age, his twin. Your running backs will be seeing a lot of number 30. If you want to see some photos of him in games, look at the Columbia website. He's the one running over and through people, sometimes like they are not even there.
