FHSstr8cash
..that is what Farragut's catcher, Ethan Bennett has done. After two more last night, the latter being 450+ ft, he now has 21 on the year, breaking Farragut's record of 18. Congratulations to Ethan on such a great year so far, it couldn't have happened to a better kid!! Look forward to watching him play at the University of Tennessee next year! tnbaseball2
congrats to the kid for this accomplishment.. It seems farragut and anderson county are the main 2 HR hitting teams this year with A.C. having over 30 total as a team as of now..

Knoxbball3
twenty one bombs is a lot but the kid plays on one of the shortest high school fields in the state 21 is a lot in a phone booth. I dont that Farragut is considerably smaller than other fields in East TN.
NETFan
I would agree about short porch except I saw the ones this weekend at Dobyns Bennett and Cardinal Park. The first one at Cardinal Park was a bomb to left center that cleared lights. The kid can hit and is a great kid also.
FHSstr8cash
twenty one bombs is a lot but the kid plays on one of the shortest high school fields in the state I can tell you right now, he would have 21 no matter where he played, even if he played everygame on a big league field. Every bomb has been just that, a BOMB.

richt19
Ethan Bennett now has 23 HR's, 1 short of the state record of 24 with 1 game to go on Tuesday. Good Luck Ethan!
ihavenofriendzz
Farragut High School's (Knoxville, Tenn.) Ethan Bennett has penciled himself into the national record book. In the past 10 games for the Admirals, the senior catcher has launched a home run in each game, a total of 16 home runs over that span, to set a national record for consecutive games with a home run. From a certain website that it wont let me post.. Starts with max and ends with preps.
