Yes, bad back right now & C. Butler injury Friday night don't look good. I thought D. Bevis looked good running the ball Friday night. WC had several injuries Friday night. Hopefully most will be ready this week.

A.Rice and C.Butler need to sit out this week because Wayne County has a big game coming up the next week vs. Chester Co.

I thought I had heard something about A.Rice. D.Bevis did look good the other night and so did H.Skelton and N.Horton. I'm glad to see we have other runners, not saying I didn't think we didn't have them in the first place, but its good to see those other boys run good so we can be more dynamic.

I was hoping someone else thought the same thing. I'm not saying we should look over anyone, but if Richland is down. They don't need to risk further injury.

i agree with resying the injured, we will need them real soon, and it will give some other guys some good experience, also thought bevis, horton, and skelton looked great running the ball. if wc can get skelton outside he is going to be hard to stop.

I talk to C.Butler last night. I'm pretty sure he is sitting this game. I don't know about A.Rice but I've been hearing he might sit this one too. Its to hard to sit some key players like them but we need them later down the road. Go Cats. :thumb:

i think they will sit clint out this week, but i would prob dress austin just in case, but only play him if i absolutly had to.

      One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.

      If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.

      Get him to Bearden ASAP! Or anywhere, Karns hs is in rough shape, probably not getting out of it anytime soon.

      I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
