Coach Dyson what were you thinking running the ball with 6 seconds left in the half and deep in your on territory? Thank goodness Cent missed the field goal. Oh well this was a must win for Indy and you could not pull it off against the man you replaced. This loss will hurt for a long time.

you saw 2 power-house offensive teams tonight, both teams would have a problem putting up 14 pts versus Brentwood MIDDLE SCHOOL...

Eubanks got the last laugh- still glad he is not at INDY , Dyson well should that his name got him where he is at, outcoached, players seem lackluster, his play calling is horrible....

pack it in Dyson you suck

Hard to watch!!!!!!!!!Unorganized, apathetic confusion all night long. Will not be going back until someone is hired that is a professional coach. Wake up Byron!!!!!!!!!!

Whoa, settle down there Governor. The Al Davis of Williamson County made this hire and it seems to be working 'cause Indy does looks a lot like the Oakland Raiders.

For all the posters who said that Indy had the best coach and most famous coach in TN.........you still want to brag about that? This is one that Indy should have won and if your team and coach were so great then what the heck happened? I would love to know names of who all applied for the Indy job that were either turned down or turned down the job themselves knowing that it would be Dyson's before long. I am sure that Dyson is a great person but the way that this hiring went down was too shady for me and now the kids and team are paying for it.

I feel bad for Dyson not even one season into his head coaching career and everyone says he sucks GIVE HIM A BREAK geez i mean seriously, his first head coaching job at a 6A school and everyone is calling him a washout already. Give him some slack not a lot of talent at Indy for the senior or junior class. Give him two years (including this year) Indy will be a better team. That is if Dr. C has the patience. I'm glad for Eubanks too and Centennial. They derserved the comeback win, hard working holding all of those drives to field goals.

DID ANYONE SEE LANDON FOSTER (#20 Indy Kicker) AT HALFTIME? What a leg, that was the half time entertainment for me. Lined up and made 40 and i think was a 50 yarder and made it with ease.

Another thing, QB, why in the world was Adam in after halftime? He was on the sideline but had equipment on for the first half. If he really had a concussion why was he in? I'm hoping this doesn't hurt his health in the long run.

Everyone needs to calm down with dyson and his coaching when you dont have much talent to work with its pretty hard to do anything, much less try to win. Its embarassing to be an indy fan right now espceially after that game i dont know how ihs lost it. I dont know if there winning another game all year, with no offense what so ever. Never once had an offense, even in the pre season and not going to magically get an offense anytime soon. The only thing indy football has going for them is one heck of a special teams. All by Landon foster who is a top division one prospect and can do it all. Hit kickoffs consistlently in the back of the endzone, has a leg to hit a 63 yarder (made in warmups), and also has terrific punting skills.

I dont think anyone would have a big problem with Dyson if it had been handled professionally from the beginning. Everyone knew the job was Dyson's even before Eubanks left. Indy held interviews and I guess the AD couldnt find anyone better than himself. OH wait......how about Webb? How about Smitty?

Glademom Smitty is doing just fine down in Moore County. Why on earth would he want to come back to Indy and rebuild what he already built once.

nailed it when you said would have a big problem with Dyson if it had been handled professionally from the beginning.Smitty did in fact want to come back but was snubbed!!!!!!!

IHS does have better talent then CHS- they were outcoached , confused and plain didnt have a clue-

Everyone is overlooking one thing with Smitty. He was let go as a teacher not a coach. In Williamson county once you are let go as a teacher you will not be rehired period. So all you knuckleheads calling for Smitty can just get over that. Secondly, i totally agree that if this would have been handled in a professional way from the beginning there wouldn't be an issue. Anyone missing Eubanks yet?

    • Deja vu all over again, 7 yrs apart. SMDH Does anybody talk to each other?
    • OK, well, that’s because two quarterbacks can’t start. That’s football 101. The main quarterback won the starting job, so he was on varsity, and the Seymour transfer did not win the starting job. He played some varsity. He was mainly junior varsity, and he balled out when healthy, so for the starting quarterback who’s been starting varsity since his freshman year, if you have any form of proof that he’s gotten worse, somehow, whether that means stats or whatnot, please feel free to share.
    • They’ve both gotten worse. I’ve seen enough games to know that.
    • The only two transfers that Bearden has gotten that went on to play college football were a defensive back from Karnes, who transferred here way before the new coaching staff got here, and a running back from Carter, who went on to play at Maryville College. Both players received those offers while at Bearden, and both players got a diploma from Bearden High School. Therefore, they are Bearden kids, and you can’t do anything about that.   The transfer from Seymour didn’t win the job, what do you expect two quarterbacks to start at the same time? He played great on JV when he could stay healthy, and when he came in on varsity, he did great. The quarterback position is definitely going to be in good hands when the current starting quarterback leaves, but until then, they’re just going to be battling it out like every good quarterback competition does. The current starting quarterback has his flaws, and that is in the pass game, but what he doesn’t have flaws is running and scrambling, and if you go back and watch any game, which I’m sure you didn’t watch any, we used him very often, and when we needed a deep ball, we brought in the transfer from Seymour. The starting quarterback last year will be a senior this year, and the Seymour transfer will be a junior, so the Seymour transfer is definitely going to get his spotlight. He may even win the job this year. Football isn’t about who the newspaper thinks is the best kid. The best kid in the position will win the starting job, and I trust the coaching staff more than a newspaper or article to pick my starting QB.
    • I mean, we’ve only gotten two transfers that went on to play college football, one who went to UT Martin came his second semester junior year before the new coaching staff was here, and the other one went on to play at Maryville College, in which I don’t believe he had any interest prior to transferring.
