germantown100
I few suggestions/questions....Notre Dame ranked 5 and CAK 6? Germantown played both and beat ND 3-1 yet lost to CAK 5-1...a saw both...my vote is CAK ahead of ND unless they have played head to head with ND winning... Briarcrest should be ahead of Gtown for now...they won head to head 3-2......Gtown beat ECS 1-0....St Marys beat Collierville last week 3-2....St. Georges and USJ tied.... Here's my West TN top 10 1 Houston ( you could flip 1 & 2 and not get much arguement right now) 2 St Agnes 3. St Benedict (3-5 interchangeable) 4. St. Mary's 5. Collierville 6. St. Georges 7. Briarcrest 8. USJ 9. Germantown 10. TheDreadedSoccerMom
Quick clarification (just because I am curious): if you have Siegel ahead of Ravenwood and Centennial in your AAA and overall standings, why are they not listed in your MidTN overall when RHS and CHS are? For MidTn, I'd put Siegel about #5 or #6. Agree with your overall...although IMO Soddy may be a little low. Not being from E TN, though, we have only seen them play twice this year. We thought they were very solid both times, however.

Briarcrest 8. USJ 9. Germantown 10. ECS Thanks for the Briarcrest vote! We have had a challenging season to date playing top teams in the state including the AAA state champion, AAA state finalist, both AAA state semi finalists, and D2AA state champion....(Houston, Collierville (1 goal loss), Franklin (1 goal loss), Brentwood (2 goal loss), Hendersonville (1 goal loss), St Agnes (2 goal loss), and Germantown (win). The games were close and not one sided games, which I am thrilled with considering we are starting only two seniors and two juniors with limited bench talent. Many of the games could have gone either way. We have a Freshman keeper who is getting stronger with each game. Now, we have to get down to business playing St Benedict, Hutchison, ECS, St George's, etc.....this may very well be only a re-building year, but I am hoping to finish the season strong playing D2 teams. dman
I don't know how you do it - your ratings are pretty darn good - could you handicap some pro football games for me?
Impactdad22
Thanks for your rankings!! FYI... Ensworth beat Franklin yesterday 1-0.
CougarSally
Thanks for your rankings!! FYI... Ensworth beat Franklin yesterday 1-0. Sorry we couldn't make the game. I would imagine the center umpire called the game tight. The biggest obstacle for Franklin wining a state championship would be a center who forces the game to a match of soccer and not tackle football. Congratulations Ensworth on your victory. Because the players on Franklin certainly don't know how to play soccer, right? All the years of club experience on that team have just taught them how to win by playing tackle football, right? The many state championships and annual top-10 finishes are all because the refs let them play dirty, right? Sounds like CougarSally has some unresolved issues she needs to work on.
