Science Hill seems to be getting stronger every week. I believe Coach Carter's system is kicking in.

That would make a great game to see. Boone has improved the last two games a great deal by not having turnovers. Several players are stepping up and making big plays on offense and defense. After the DB and South games they played I thought they were in for a looooooooong season, but I like the way they are playing (of course North and Central are not the teams DB, South and SH are) and I believe it will be a close game.

Apple Festival? Storytelling Festival? No sir. How bout out in the country with the Toppers to play a little football. Put on your boots and let's get it on. And then we'll head over to the other side of the county and take on Boone.

All I know is that I took Boone in the Big Ones contest trying to go against the odds.So far 93% are against me.

Well I'll give the hats off to SH...by all looks it seems like the program has had a huge turnaround. Their one loss so far to a good TN High team. Spread the field use the speed will be the name of the game for the Toppers.

 

Boone has much improved the past two weeks, having their starters putting up enough to warrant the subs going in the second half. They will have to bring a physical game and limit those big plays.

 

Should be a great game to see this Friday.
