Lebanon hires CU asst

Lebanon High School has hired Troy Crane as their new head coach. He has been at CU and Wilson Central for the past 8 season with Dewayne Alexander. Also helped Troy Bond as an asst in WCHS basketball.

 

Your thoughts on the new hire?

I'm surprised he would leave a college coaching position to go to a high school and have to put up with parents and kids.

Crane was a part-time asst. at Cumberland on two different occassions. He is / was on the faculty at Wilson Central and also helped with boys basketball.

Agreed. Brown's last three seasons had been 4-6. Time to give somebody else a shot. Looking forward to 2011.

You guys just wish your coaches would've been smart enough to have your own lift. That was a good move by Brown. Maybe this new guy will have enough smarts to keep it! Wilco should of been smart enough to keep Brown!
