UC will have a tough row to hoe...Paul Ward Stadium has always been a tough place to play...

Was just going over the Tornadoes schedule this year...They have 5 ranked teams on their schedule...This will be the third week out of four they have played a ranked team...Second time they have done so on the road...I wouldn't be too surprised to see Lake County ranked by the time they play in October...

UC has a tough road and has already been down a tough part of it. This is nothin to hangin a head about, it just needs to make you better. I think UC will still have a 6-4 season at worst.

If they do, Darren Bowling should be named Coach of the Year...

Ain't that the trueth. 4 wins at best...may sqeak the fith one in.

Losses already....2 ( obion & Wayne Co. ) Losses to be....Humboldt, Huntingdon, Dresden.

Then question mark ???? games or leaners of possible losses .....Lake County, Trenton and South Fulton.

We have Greenfield that we should beat. U C could easily go 2 - 8 for the year.

South fulton has three of their previous players back and they played in the second half of the Humboldt game. Humboldt didn't score in the second half...South Fulton did.

Hope I's wrong and we finish 8 - 2

It was good to see Lewis get going last week..6 TDs and over 100 yards rushing...Takes a lot of pressure off Hyde who also had over 100 yards rushing..The team had 375 yards rushing in all...

If Hyde ankle isn't in good health it will be a long night for UC. Lewis around left end won't work if that is their only option. Plus the QB fake handoff run will get him some big hits or even put out of the game. If those are the only plays UC has I will take Huntingdon by 21.

Those are the only plays UC has had for about four years now...If they execute, it doesn't matter what the defense does...Question is, can they execute ??....

    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
    • Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
    • He actually had a really solid spring.  I could see him getting some backup snaps on offense and be a regular on special teams.  Really athletic kid who can run.
