Oak Ridge (3-3) travels to Karns (5-2) who takes this game & why?

As long as the wildcats come out fired up like they did last Friday, The Wildcats win big. If they treat this Karns team like the Karns of old.... then they might get the first bad beaver they've ever gotten.

 

This team is totally different with Zulliger, even when he is only 50%

If Karns can come out focused and play like they know they can win, then I feel they can pull it off. Karns defense goes full throttle at all times and aside from the Powell game has played lights out.

According to the survey- Karns is a lot better than we thought. I am still picking the Wildcats to win at least by 7.

OR wins this one. It will be close if the Karns offense doesn't turn the ball over. They are pretty good on defense if the "D" isn't on the field the entire game. Karns has a good path after this one if they could pull off a win at home. It was a mismatch last year. Won't be this year.

If Oak Ridge plays like they did Friday night, I think they will back down Oak Ridge Highway a winner. I know Karns is much better than recent years. If Karns can throw the deep ball well, they will have some success. AC roasted us right down the middle of the field all night. Other than that they couldn't move it. We only punted once and that was the JV offense. So, our offense vs. Karns defense will be fun to watch, those are two really good units.

      I havent kept up with Keeton since he went to Oakland, so hearing he is in a BOE role now, that may trump him coming back.  Rennard on the other hand. That dude is a Man Builder! And he was cut loose this spring from Scotts Hill. Heard him in a interview a few month back and he inspired me. He needs to be back home in the Purple & Gold, regardless of if he is HC or not or even if he doesnt coach at all, his presences will improve the environment. But Again, I have no clue if he would even be interested.

      Shoulders from Macon co.  A creasy protege. Has the best coached team in the area as of late. Not much shot to win a state title at Macon but could very well be a contender with the talent coming up through the peewee and junior high ranks in TC I hear. He my dark horse candidate. trousdale co fans could also brag to their neighbors that they talked their best coach into coming to TC on a year of such high expectations at Macon co. My dark horse candidate

      The baseball field is the baseball field. There are no clear favorites. It is a central location so that is why it is the site. This gets talked about every year and it is always the same answer.
