Lewis County @ Marshall County

I wouldn't say MC is the underdog on this one. I'm just thinking people hate them more then Lewis County. On a real note...i think it is gonna be much closer then a 21+ victory with Marshall County winning. I mean, it depends who shows up that night. If LC shows up and MC doesn't. MC will win by alot. If MC shows up and LC doesn't then MC will win by alot. Now if BOTH teams show up it will be

a great game and a good one to watch. If they both show up i'm gonna go with the Tigers on a 28 to 24 victory over the Panthers But who knows. We will all see after Friday night who the victory goes to.

If LC stops the cut back runs of 3, makes the qb throw to 1 and they score more than 21 they can definitely take this one. I don't think MC will be overconfident. It is more likely they are nervous the wheels may be about to fall off.

Marshall is fairly confident. Their jv took most of the snaps this week. They feel like it will be over mid way through the 2nd quarter. Just no respect for Lewis I tell ya.

Anyone remember that classic Camden and Lewis county game for district champ like in 2005? I think it was then. Anyways that was a game. Neither Camden or LC scored a TD. Chili song ticked 2 field goals for the only scores of the game. It was cold rainy. A real mud bowl for sure. Anyways this is a close one I'm going with Lewis county. 21 14. Got the privilege to see them back to their hard hitting football ways this year good luck to both teams.

Fairview having played MC and LC I will say there is a difference in the two teams, although MC has some good athletes on that team LC is more physical and also has some good athletes, I think the game will be close into the 2nd half but LC's physical play will wear MC down in the end LC 35 MC 21

Talked with some Wildcat parents today and they said they had been working hard all week preparing for the Page game next week, that the Lewis County game should be a walk.
