Yeah, games can ruin your outlook on a weekend for sure. A couple of weekends ago I had a rare "perfect" weekend where all of my teams won...JB AAA Jr Pro, JB, Vols, Titans, and Da Bears.

 

As far as errors in the article, I did notice this and wish it were not an error...

 

But Jo Byrns figures to be a much tougher opponent than Portland. Tailback Frankie Traughber was a problem for the Academy last year and will be hard to handle tonight and quarterback Kevin Adkins has All-State caliber ability.

yeah that kid has been something to watch. does anyone know if he is going to play college ball?

Nope not at Wal Mart. I guess we are working jobs that don't allow us to social network that often......but then again some cougars don't write much on blog sights, we will see after tonight who is the district 10 top team. Good Luck and Go Cougars!!!!

      Same with Eisfelder from Providence not even getting a look in DII 1A.   But to me the biggest head scratcher is Collins from Lookout Valley. He wasn't even voted the best pitcher or player on his own team, a team that lost like 20 baseball games. Mind blowing.

      I havent kept up with Keeton since he went to Oakland, so hearing he is in a BOE role now, that may trump him coming back.  Rennard on the other hand. That dude is a Man Builder! And he was cut loose this spring from Scotts Hill. Heard him in a interview a few months back and he inspired me. He needs to be back home in the Purple & Gold, regardless of if he is HC or not or even if he doesnt coach at all, his presences will improve the environment. But Again, I have no clue if he would even be interested.
