Game was closer than the score. Milan is to great a team to turn the ball over 5 times to (pick 6, blocked punt, and another pick inside the 5) give Milan a short field. Wish Fairview could of played mistake free to see the outcome. Good luck Milan.

BTW, Arkel Coleman is a special player, very impressed by him tonight.

I told you before the Playoffs what would happen when Milan played fairview and I was 4-4 in my semi picks. I still don't understand the playing all 5-5 teams and being lower ranked and being 1 seed but it doesn't matter. Milan wants to win the championship more than anyone in the state. Good season fairview hope to see y'all in the future. IMO Coleman is the best player on the field every game. Tackling machine and great knowledge of football and where to be.

Game was closer than the score......NOT. Fairview scored late on Milan's second and third teamers

and we could have score again before that. Jacket fans I thought you guys played better last year.

Congrats on a good season anyway.

Hey Camden Lions, make sure you get all the monkey's stuff packed up tonight, there will be a

moving van there first thing in the morning. The little fellow has a new home now, and it's in

Madison TN. Don't forget to forward his new address to the Milan Mirror Exchange, he likes reading

about......THEM MILAN BULLDOGS......at the basketball games !!!!!!!!!!!

That is your opinion, ask your coaches and they will say this year was closer. Fairview out gained Milan in yards and first downs, but Milan won in turnovers and the Final score that is what matters.

Swing juice you could learn a little tact in your posts. You are not representing what Coach Morris and Milan football is about.

Thought Milan played their overall best game of the year. Offense was better. D begin to attack ball better, once Milan got a score. Even though the D made some big plays, still gave up some wide open passes. How do you let FVW score before 1/2. Saw Morris make some really good moves, when mistakes were about to happen. Milan still must fix secondary issues, eliminate mental mistakes, remain consistent & turnover free to advance from here. Good luck dawgs!

Milan I'm pulling for y'all to bring the gold ball back to this side of Nashville!! Good game tonight. Enjoyed seeing the huge crowd y'all brought! Do work! If u get pass CPA smack CAK in the mouth!

Thanks, always nice to know our former opponents are pulling for us! Also, huge crowds is one of many things Milan is known for! We travel very well, no matter the distance! We usually tend to be more vocal and into the game at away games like that too! I guess it's the close proximity we all sit in! Haha. Btw...your announcer is probably the most annoying person on the planet!! Lol

Congrats to my dawgs! Now stay focused, practice hard this week, and let's play some more Dawg Ball Friday night and take our seat at the ship!!!

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
    • I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.
    • I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
    • Pirate fans, thread is up on the baseball message board.
