Could CA get in the mix after a big road win at Richland?

I believe so. Culleoka SHOULD BE leading or tied for the lead of the district right now, could EASILY be 3-1 right now and maybe 4-0 if not for being content with playing with SF for a half. They just need to focus more on winning instead of not hurting people's feelings.

not saying alot for your district when they are getting beat by 30 and 40 by Summertown if they are some of your better teams....not starting nothing, just an observation

A good observation at that. Summertown girls are a lock to make it to the Boro. They are head and shoulders better than any girls team I have seen in a long while.

You can have him.

Cully's girls have been doing better as of late. A 1 point loss to Cornersville and a win against CA in the pit. Just have to keep moving forward.

Cullypride, you amazing Culleoka girls' team is feasting on a down year in the district. Richland has suffered a major loss this year of their only senior. Cornersville does not have the studs they use to and are a young team. Santa Fe is right where they've been but a still down compared to years passed. CA and Mt. Pleasant have had talented teams but nothing great. Hampshire are hardly ever good. Yes Culleoka is more talented this year. However, any of your past coaches could have this success with this team. The younger players care and play hard.

Cullywarrior, you sound like an upset parent, player, or relative of the previous. This team is on the rise and it is due to the play of Foster, Scott, and Kolter!!

    • I have no idea who your team is, but Memphis and other Shelby Co. schools have hardly made a dent, if you’re talking Game 15 appearances. Outside of a couple by Whitehaven, I can’t recall the last team in a final.
    • Robbed you guy at a chance of 3 state championships. You never kne, sond best team in the west my have beat you also, but you sure deserved the chance to play um.
    • Eagleville also loses Brown the catcher, Lamb CF, Mclemore RF (Heck of an athlete) and Drew the 1st baseman. They will be young.
    • Good thing we aren’t in Florida then huh? It would benefit a ton of the smaller schools  that don’t have the pools of kids to choose from! They should start by policing Shelby County like they do the rest of the state! Something has to change though and TSSAA knows that!
    • Correct, you can whimsically be fired in coaching. A coach that has tenure can stay on as a teacher if released from coaching. If you don’t have tenure as a teacher, you can fired without cause. Your last year as a teacher before tenure is earned you can be fired, but must be given cause. A tenured teacher can be fired, but it is a long hard process requiring the 3 D’s…. documentation, documentation and documentation. I have released 3 tenured teachers, 2 with PHD’s. However, teacher contracts had and still have clauses that state you can be fired for a variety reasons re: being arrested, public drunkenness, inappropriate relationships ect.
