mtnman80
I have not seen the Miller girls play, but I have seen Kat Carter and I would have her on this list. Another girl, though she missed part of the regular season, is Kelsey Gregory from Macon County. Now that she's back Macon County should be ready to make another state championship run. Gonna pitch another name in Haley Coffelt from Grundy COUNTY. She had Nasal surgery at the beginning of the season, and now is at full tilt averaging almost a double double in the games since her comeback. SHE is a TEAM player, motivator and one of the leaders on her team. 6'2" can handle the ball as well as many guards. Last season she shot 47% from behind the line on threes.(hit 29). TN FLIGHT player and Moore Co. product on her skills
district5aanut
My vote would be for Elizabeth Masengil. She lead Mcminn Central to a state championship last year. She dominates the finals and was state tournament MVP. Se played the state finals with a broken nose. This season she has dominated ever team she has played against this year. She has already score over 1500 points in her career and its only middle way through her jr year. She is averaging 25 points and 11 rebounds this year. Swanson123
I'll throw in calamity Jane coley from Macon county. She is the most dominate post player in AA . All state tournament last year and my opinion if Macon beats McMinn central she would have been MVP of tournament. She deserves some consideration for miss bball Edited January 29, 2012 by Swanson123

I have seen them both play as well.
Swanson123
I haven't seen goodman play, but the way calamity has dominated against the very best the state has to offer, I feel like she deserves some reconigition for her play. housingman
I agree that Calmaity Jane Coley from Macon County is very good, you should check out her stats and she does a lot of this in two or three quarters because Coach Beam doesn't like to run up the score. It would be ashame for her not to get recogized because of the lack of coverage by local big paper "Tennessean".

Not sure when you saw CJ play, but if it was in the finals last year she was playing for the first time since an injury earlier in the year that was not completely healed so you may not have seen the best. If clamity got any coverage from them shes right there in the conversation with mcminn centrals massengille, who i believe should be one the 3 finalist also. The same goes for Brandi Goodman, she has played 1 half of basketball in most of the games this season. She still averages 18-19 pts, 16rbs, and 3 blocks a game. Her stat line against the better teams like dyersburg who is also ranked in the state are amazing, she is definitely a top canidate. Not to mention that she very well be one of the hardest working kids in the state to go along with a 3.9 GPA
