Can't sit a guy because your scared he might get hurt. If somebodys going to get an injury their going to get a injury. It could happen walking out the front door. What are you going to do. I would like to see East at QB the entire first half though. The next two weeks would be a good time to bring him up to speed. Maybe Holt also. I have no question Forman is good to go at QB.

WaCo, me and my buddies on the Short Bus talked about what you said and we think your crazy. Foreman is THE QB going into the Playoffs and he has 1 (one, uno,) start at QB. He needs every possible snap he can take from here thru week 10. #6 needs to run every play that the G-Man has in his playbook, over and over as many times as he can. Anyway, that's what us guys on the Short Bus think, but we wear bike helmets, so what do we know.

Loosen your chin straps because its cutting down on the blood flow. We might need to insert another QB on down the road if not for a game at least for a play or two. East or Holt needs the work to bring them up to speed. I refer you back to the Boone game if you think Forman isn't 100% ready to go. I say play East or Holt in the first half of the next two games and put Forman in in the second half. Forman is so fast he can actually make the clock run slower so that will combat that continous clock problem.

I agree. You are correct - again. Now is the time to give East and Holt experience. Foreman is ready now. We need him elsewhere anyway. Forman as QB 2nd half will be fine - just to keep him primed. We need a team, not a hot shot that does it all, that'll end up hurt and end the seaon early. Not that I think he is on or wants to be one.

I agree with Art. Foreman at QB until the 4th qtr. He needs work to build confidence at all parts of the position. #10 will get mop up duty and then he can have it all next year. Play for this year not next. Don't do anything stupid to mess this up. Clark is already making me nervous by throwing the ball to an unproven player. Just like he has done many times before when it has bit us in the butt. Play for today. Give the ball to your play makers. Every time #6 and #8 don't touch the ball we are hurting ourselves. Building depth is not smart. Dance with who brought you. Put your best on the track or the fat lady will sing again like she has too often in the past few years. ROLL TRIBE

Building depth is not smart? I'll give you a chance to re-word that one because I like you.

Im talking about building depth for the playoffs "this year". Trust me, we're going to need it.

    • Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
    • That's a fair line. But if it's not over, that's a big problem.
    • RR, you think that changes this year, or at least improves? I know they had a couple of talented young receivers last year that made some plays later in the year. Defensive back was a struggle against any team that was above average at throwing the ball.
    • You would think they got a bunch of interest
    • You would think with football just three months away more would be talking. There's only so much a person can say about someone allowing the field to get painted without asking their boss who would have said ((((((((  ALE NO ))))))))) or all the other BULLS#!T they've done as they lead Maryville High into the new age of WOKE in a conversative town. I'm ready for some football news without hearing something coming out of 825 that Power Munger has done to cap off the week.
