pagegrad98
Nope. If the "Pod Gods" put Giles in the West you could have two 12aa teams playing for a Gold Ball. Page is a very good ball club. I cannot understand the lack of love for the Pats..............

Im lookin forward to it.
Jacketman89
Bulldog....remember it is Marshall. Giles will tell us if Fairview is for real (or in the groove). Should make for a good game to watch. Worth the price of admission! These are the only two teams this District has to make any real Noise in the playoffs. There may only be 2 or 3 teams in all of 3a that would be "for real" against this GC team. You can bet the team, coaches, and fans have all the respect in the world for this GC program. The ball takes crazy bounces sometimes though. These Jackets will clearly be the underdog. We'll make the trip early, eat some good BBQ, and hopefully see a game similar to last year's. I was there that night. They do need to be more run balanced. They have the line and backs to run the ball more, or at least use that passing game to open the run more. WiseOldManGiles
Yo. Franklin-Lites. It's going to be a packed house but you don't have to worry about a seat. The Brickyard has room for a couple of thousand of you Williamson nomads. Now wear your hiking boots cuz parking is a bit of a problem. (sure do miss Ole Cowboy). There are some great places to eat here. Mom & Pops. As you come into town from the north end you'll see the Rusty Spur on your left. Great steaks and BBQ plus much more at a great price. Travel on down 1st street and you'll see Johnson's Blue Bird Cafe on your right just past the square. Great fish & burgers. At the junction of 31 & 64 you can turn right and go 1.5 miles to Legends on your right. Steaks, seafood, and chicken. But if you turn left and then a immediate right you are at the stadium and there sits the Hickory House. Great food. BBQ, steaks, & chicken with a buffet a waiting on you. And you can enter the Brickyard by walking behind the baseball field on the walking track to the North entrance. And always there is the great food cooked up by the Band of Gold parents at the stadium. So ya'll come hungry suz it's gonna be a long drive home.......... I was looking forward to Hickory House, but I think I'll eat at the stadium now. While the local economy is important, so is program's finances. Good info WOMG. Great town down there!
