I missed the Liberty Tech Runner-up, but have corrected it in my original post.

 

With Maplewood being north of Lipscomb, I believe that Childress boy (who I don't like so much, by the way) will send Maplewood to quad 3 and Lipscomb to quad 2. It makes the map look purtier.

 

I just can't see them busting up the Chattanooga teams, but it's been done before.

Just curious what criteria are you using to project Maplewood going to quad 3 and Lipscomb to quad 2?

Quad 3 is kinda northwest, and quad 2 is kinda southeast.

No Hixson has been a Quad 2 team in all projections. But nothing surprises me with the TSSAA

Not a district champ. This system rewards champions before wild cards regardless of record.

That is true, but the 6 seeds ahead of them are runner ups and district winners as well.

If that bracket holds up the fans in Giles County will be frothing at the mouth for David Lipscomb. A ton of respect for them but not a single drop of love.

Your right Rock they would be a sight for sore eyes for sure.But don't think their fan base is what it use to be.Despite their seeding or record I would love to see them play us again.
