SP would be stupid to play a loaded schedule unless they just have too. If Marion was to beat Sp in 2013 and SP played a stacked schedule that results in a 5-5 record they could totally miss the playoffs. You best be careful with scheduling given the current crap the TSSAA uses to seed.

Nah, top 2 from each district go to the playoffs. Is sp planning on losing to whitwell or lookout valley as well??

Nah, y'all will still make the playoffs. Top two from each district goes to the playoffs, unless y'all plan on losing to whitwell or valley also.

Uh oh! There is a new Lawdog in town! Mr and Mrs Legit Pastry won't like Ambassader as a Lawdog! I aggravate just to watch you squirm but Im glad to have someone that knows the area teams that's not biased. Keep the trash out please! TrainTracks is tired of being in the hole! Ain't seen daylight in weeks with this filter :bored:

I read about CWood TC and Wayne County.....All 3 would be good to add as long as Wood and WC wasn't both home or away for each it should be manageable. The way our big brothers are up the road though next year.....Well, maybe since they are going to be so great we don't need to schedule any tough teams! Bahahahaha I would hate for the Pirates to get beat down to bad too many times next year.....That is all

SP has never lost a game on the field to L.V. We will leave that accomplishment to you guys. You guys struggled with them the past to years. That said, they may have played with T.C. this year.

    • Sounds like a great opportunity has opened up for the football team.  With the head coach of the diamond rebels making it official and quitting this week, there should be some room for the gridiron guys to benefit. I assume the administration won’t continue paying six figures to two former coach that quit to continue teaching drivers Ed. Thats pretty good money that could be redirected toward the football program. Also, with the more recent policies of pushing kids to only play one sport, abolishing the baseball program altogether would help on Friday nights in the fall. There is some decent speed on that baseball team that should’ve been playing on Fridays IMO. I’m not sure if anybody would really miss that baseball program anyway with it being across town from the school. The liability of letting players actually use the facilities could also be mitigated with closing the program. That liability seems to be a really big issue for 825. Anyway, it seems like a great opportunity is available.
    • Yeah, I read about their spring blue/gray scrimmage after I typed that.   Sounds like a real mess over there.  I just hate that for 'em.  Haw
    • Maybe OR will be, but Farragut, nah, I don’t think anybody realizes how much of a bad situation that program is in currently. I’m sure they will build out of it, but the next 3 to 4 years are going to be a long climb up.
    • Thats one of the problems of having an 8-team region. A team could make it in any other region, but the numbers work against them in this one.
