I'll get you on topic duck. Tyrone Jones will be a freshman next year for Dresden. He is a heck of a player and what a football name..Tyrone Jones! He's also popeye's nephew. How's that?

Select: Tyrone will be an 8th grader next year but he's an all around great athlete. He has a bright future ahead of him.

I may take a rebel fan, but not a bulldog fan. Lol. Wife got me tickets for birthday.

I'll only be a Bulldog fan a few more weeks and then I'm back on the Rebel bandwagon completelyl I'll continue to respect their program but must go back to my roots when TaterTot #64 graduates. Been real proud of how he's played this season.

 

Hope you enjoy the Preds game and they pull out a win!!!! When is the game?

That's great to hear. We need more hockey/Preds fans around here. Gotta keep 'em here and our own hockey team. Anyone who hasn't seen it doesn't know what they are missing.

Now don't go hatin' on hockey just 'cause your Charger got attacked by a alligator on the way when me and you went to watch 'em play. That sucker jumped off the backend of that 18 wheeler and came right after us!!!!!

 

Not sure if tha Duck has a "strong finish" left or not????

      If he wanted to play QB he should have either went to Heritage or William Blount and had a real good chance there. In stead he'll be exactly what he was going to be at Maryville. They already know who their QB is going to be in 2025 and it ain't going to be him.

      You are correct.   The teacher's pay scale is virtually the same in Knox County, now, as it is at Oak Ridge.   The coaching supplements are still higher at Oak Ridge, from what I was told, but not a huge difference.   Plus, Rusty is going from a position coach to an OC position, which is what he was at South Doyle and where his comfort zone is.  And from a special education teaching slot to a PE teaching slot.  There is a lot of positivity in that move without even considering the coaching aspect.   Anybody who sees something negative here is just looking for negativity to begin with.  But some live in that world.   Really good hire for Brent.  He now has two experienced and quality coordinators and can concentrate on being a head football coach.
