Boyd Notre Dame and Signal pretty good!

Sequatchie will lose games to Boyd, Signal, Notre Dame, SP and Marion. Outside of that I'm not sure.

I was unable to attend game against Tyner, but my daughter did and she said she was impressed that all of the Tyner players went by and said thank you to the servers of the bbq. Shows alot of class!!  Thats how you run a program and teach kids to grow!!

Congrants to you guys for the good showing in the jamboree..you guys got a great coach and as I said after the scrimmage against central...you will steadily improve and be surprising folks soon...surprise number 1 last night...Marion folks thought they would beat u by 3 TDs in a quarter....

Its looking better every now and then they will hit a play perfectly.  Such as the long TD run by the QB in the last quarter against Whitwell.  

 

I didn't realize till looking at the roster last night while seeing who was on the field how many young guys are getting playing time for the Indians.  Lots of sophomores out there and at least one Freshman I know of in there at linebacker on a lot of plays.  Even several upperclassmen who really haven't seen a lot of action the last two or three years under the previous regime.

 

One thing that concerns me is the constant running in and out of backs & receivers after every play.  If they don't get that down to a good rhythm it could cost them a delay of game down the road.

That is vintage Ken Colquette. He has always run 2-3 backs and receivers after every play.

There were a couple off close calls but I am sure it. Will continue to be worked on. The players were excited about shutouts at the jamboree including the jv jamboree but now they're all about the Community game.
