You are crazy. He did not run that fast. If he ran that fast he could skip college and go straight to the pros.

Are you trying to say that this guy was one of the top 5 forty times of all time and he did not play college ball? Please, you do not have to lie about a guys speed on here, you are just ruining your credibility and know one will ever believe anything you say.

a 4.4 or 4.5 that sounds reasonable. man, that is still lightning fast! if he did run a 4.1 or 4.2, which doesn't sound right, he would be a little faster than michael vick---and that boy is just immortally quick!

i also have a couple of great players never to make it to college: joe longmire from bruceton in the early 90s or late 80s. i think he is their all-time leading rusher--and they've had some awesome RBs. another one is reggie gordon, DE from huntingdon in the mid-90s. i've seen film where he hit a kid from riverside so hard in a game that he the kid quit football. perfect form tackle.--couldn't believe my eyes.

Where can we start with some of South Pitt's players that never made it off the corner at Favorite Market.

Perry Hutchins QB/DB 91-94 (Could have played at his choice of SEC schools),

Corey Tipton TB/DB 93-95 (Division 1AA Tenn Tech, U.T.C, MTSU, Austin Peay)

Aaron Chambers DT/OT 96-99 1A MR. Football Lineman 1999 could have played anywhere in Division 1AA, walked on at Tennessee but couldnt stand the heat.

Sam Pickett TB/DB 96-99 MTSU, ETSU, UTC, TECH, MEMPHIS, OLE MISS (6 touchdowns in clinic bowl)(4.3 forty)

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
