AAA Knoxville Area Soccer

The district tournaments are about to be kicked off in the second week of May. The DoD looks like it is a fight between Farragut and Maryville, but who knows will make a run through the tourney. On the other side of the region it looks like Oak Ridge, Hardin Valley, Central or Powell (long shot on Central or Powell, but I saw that Oak Ridge only defeated Powell 1-0)

 

Oak Ridge is looking like they have what it takes this season.

 

Any thoughts?

 

I'm picking Maryville and Oak Ridge to win their districts

We played both Central and Oak Ridge and based on what I saw, while Central is an up and coming program, I would pick Oak Ridge hands down.

I have to go with Oak Ridge on that side. But I would pick Powell before Central.

Did Powell play Central this season? Who won? I heard Powell has a solid defense, but struggles scoring and Central has a shaky defense with a good scoring offense. Any thoughts? I think that you have to have defense to get through the tourney. I'm changing my pick to Powell.
