Who is transferring to Oak Ridge?

 

Heard that Dylan Dotson, who would have been a senior at Clinton, was transferring to OR. He's one of Clinton's top players. Might just be a rumor, but coachspanky had heard it too so who knows.

Maybe I'm just getting old but I'm with you on not liking the flat finish. The kids seem to like it because of all the hype surrounding Oregon and the oher teams who jump on the contantly changing uniform bandwagon.

The AC helmets that I have seen up close are glossy navy blue, not flat navy blue. The chrome decal is on the back of the helmet with horns reachng to the front.

I bet those look good. I'm going to catch a scrimmage soon so I'll get to see 'em then.

The helmets are metallic blue. They have metallic flake painted in them, and a chrome longhorn. If I was smart enough to attach a picture I would, but they look sharp, especially under the lights. Anderson County will bring back the Silver Bullet Uniforms this year to bring back the original look of the Mavericks in the 80s when they opened. Excited about our team, we will get tested Friday at Fulton, if you want to see a great scrimmage come to Fulton tomorrow and watch these old rivals lock up again. They had some knock down drag out games in the mid 2000s, I don't expect anything less tomorrow.
