Anybody have an update on Trey Davis of West. He got hit in the knee late in the 2nd qtr against LC and never returned. I'm hoping it wasn't torn but he was on the sideline laughing w teammates in the 4th and you never know what that means. West will need him at cb especially against CC and Anderson County

Too bad the mercy rule doesn't start until the 2nd half.  West by 48. 

 

Crockett has two choices:

1.  Keep scheduling the biggest cupcakes you can, slide into the playoffs due to the messed up TSSAA system, and get blown out in the first round of the playoffs year after year.

2.  Schedule some real teams that are at least close to being a 5a team, or decent 4a team, earn some respect, sustain some kind of tradition besides losing, grow and get better and earn a playoff spot.  Maybe be competitive some day.  A 5a school that large should be better.

 

(this is no inditement of the kids/players, as they play with conviction.  the choices are to the coach and AD  )
