Not that I don't love the jamboree, but you won't see anything from Bearden and I'd be surprised if you saw anything from Oak Ridge. Everyone plays and you get a KOC t-shirt. Halls and Grace to kick off tonight. I don't think Grace likes Halls so it could be interesting, but really it's just a bit of fun.

 

 

Just saw the paper so now I'm guessing the OR/Bearden game is a real game. Ooooops.

Wow. That's a ton of points for a hs game. Good job CC, even without the football players. Impressive.

Yea they only played 7 players and LC played like 13. LC was up 57-50 at half. CC made some nice adjustments at half to slow them done some. LC scored only 37 in second to CC 55.

 

LC is trying to run that old Loyola marrimount run and gun offense. Fun to watch, but kinda helter skelter.

You call 94 points slowing down lol. Looks like this was an entertaining game. Man that's a LOT of points.

Lol. Yea I said some. Lol. 37 in second half was an achievement. U guys in that district better be in shape. The run, run, run! Shoot it pretty good too. Some shot were literally from 30 ft. If ur not on them they shoot. All of them.

82-59. CarolinaCrazy was right. Bearden was outmanned tonight. Far from as good as some past Bearden teams that were fantastic. Merrian leads OR with 22 pts in the season debut.

I guess I'm a gym rat. Lol. But I'm telling u, OR is the best in East Tennessee. Maryville will be good but not as good as last year. I've become a fan of OR bball the last couple years. I love to see talented kids work and play hard. Talent will get u so far, u have to work for the rest.

      We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.

      Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.

      I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.

      I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
