Come back when you can prove the past with some actual hardware. Until that happens (it won't happen anytime soon) yall will remain a footnote.

Come back when you can finish a discussion without referring to the past trophies you have won...which is what happens in every case on this topic

The point was he made the dumb comment you'd have to go back 25 years...he just stated a fact that proved his comment wrong. In 96 upperman went to the semis. The first three rounds were all shutouts. Alcoa was out in the first.

You said upperman would have or could have beaten ALCOA by 30 points. Just by going by scores in 1996 Webb beat upper-man 28-13.Webb beat Hampton 28-19. Hampton beat ALCOA 16-15. can't see how you came up with winning by 30,but its logical to think where you pull your facts from.It rhymes with bass though!

No matter who beat who and how, we still didn't see Ecoli there when We played in the Semi finals less than 25 years ago.

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
