Next year Westview has a talented 8th grade point guard that will start as a freshman for Westview and really help Rechis. The Martin Middle School team is currently 15-0 this season and haven't had trouble with anyone. They also have two 8th grade posts players (one is 6'2") that will help Westview if not next year then definitely the next. Mark my word...Westview will be back on top and making a run for the gold ball in two years. They have very good young talent coming up.

It must be Christmas time in Martin. There is a "rumor" that the outside, shooting Freshman from Greenfield is transferring to Westview at the end of the year too. If so with the addition of those 8th graders, they could be very tough in a couple of years. We'll see...
