All the teams I expected, thoughts from the CoachT faithful?

I never put much stock in the AP poll, but Elizabethton has been a very good AA program for about 10 years and this may be their first ever #1 ranking. The Lady Cyclones have two losses to AAA #1 Science Hill and another close loss to a very good Dorman,SC team. Losing to champion CPA in the semi's last year let this team know they are close to gold ball caliber. One game at a time. Go Cyclones!

The polls make for interesting debate.  It looks like another tourney rematch between #1 Elizabethton and #2 Grainger will come in the regional finals.  If everything plays out the way it should.

Smith County has already beat Cannon County at Cannon, fwiw.

i got creekwood to win it all.Rachell Bell in my opinion is by far the best player in AA. When it gets crunch time,she will hard to stop and some real good players to help out as well on the team.

I still expect Dyersburg and Westview to represent the west. Westview started out slow but picking up a little steam. Obion is not as good as their record seems. Very well coached but don't have the talent of Dyersburg or Westview this year. Dyersburg beat Obion the other night by 26.

I think this year may be simlar to last year in that there isn't a clear cut favorite at this point in the season. The last half of the season should be exciting.  Go Cyclones!

Polls mean nothing but they do make for some fun fan talk and Betsy is fun to watch and they are a very young team.Good luck to all the teams in AA and can't wait to post season.Go Cyclones

I agree with GCPioneer, Obion Co is not that good. Let me give you those 16 wins: Humboldt 2x, Haywood 2x, Ripley 2x, Brighton, South Side, Madison, Bolivar
