Mat---as I recall, long-time EFT fan Bear Cat Brown had to serve 90 days in Brushy Mountain State Prison when he had the audacity to take a video camera into the Cleveland-Bradley match back in 2007 to tape the match, though I am not sure if that was the result of his taping of the match or the altercation that followed when security personnel  went into the stands, confiscated the tape, and escorted BCB from the gym. That incident was a much discussed topic on this board at the time, and, as I further recall,  was bumped back up by Star Raider several years afterwards for instructional purposes for any dads who might have received a video camera as a Christmas present. If you can find it, that topic--I believe BCB started it and addressed it to his Uncle Ronnie Carter--- and the numerous posts under it might be of some help since it was a similar situation, i.e. wrestling fan with no dog in the hunt tapes match between two teams with which he has no affiliation.

 

Or maybe you can convince  BCB to come out of hiding and  shed some light on what punishment he received...............

1) tater and don are great officials....

2) Soms does ramble on and on about god knows what, but does know a little about the sport..

3) limiting tickets to this match was bull.....

4) the match at 138 was a toss up call

5) the other call was a good one..

6) I still film today and post on the Internet... My stage name is Tom Terrific

BCB, you deftly dodged answering the question of what penalty you received for your video tape adventure back in 2007 ( and I am referring to the Cleveland-Bradley match). Help us out here so that Mat can get an answer to the question about Soms transgressions ( and I am referring only to his video taping the TBSFBAG -EBE match) that Champstrain seemingly cannot/ will not answer . You have experience in this area that would be valuable to this discussion..... and may help bail Soms out ( for which Tex will never forgive you). Great to hear from you again. I understand you are doing well as you were the topic of some discussion at the Father Ryan Tournament. As for the wager I owe you, if you will come up to state duals this weekend in support of your employer, TBSFBAG, you may just get that payment you are looking for. Have the PA announcer page me under the screen name I once used, Keefejams, and we will hook up.

 

BTW--- my money is on TFP this weekend having already seen TFP wrestle TBSFBAG, EBE, and the Bros. They dismantled Mama's Boys Academy 53-10 last night. Bet your house on Lookout on TFP. In the immortal words of Joe Willie Namath, "I guarantee it".

I've been informed through a reliable source that this said infraction could carry a monetary fine of $250 and up to $500 as well as a 1 year ban from all TSSAA sporting events including a lifetime ban of surveillance equipment at any future TSSAA sporting event after the imposed 1 year ban.

 

Sommers' mug shot would be reluctantly posted at each sporting event gate across the state for the next year instructing all gatekeepers to deny entrance to this transgressor. Any attempt to gain access to a TSSAA sporting event during this 1 year ban would result in an additional 1 year ban. A second attempt would impose a lifetime ban to any and all TSSAA sporting events. Any appeals will be immediately denied.

 

 

 

Now I'm off to get more popcorn while that soaks in....

Having you and Bear Cat on here bring back good, for the most part, memories. Thanks for straightening out #6. You have saved me some time because Ball & Chain sounds kind of familiar- no need to look that up.

 

Assuming your are talking about me betting against TBSFBAG, I am afraid I can't do that. Besides, if I bet my house what would I win, another house? I think I will pass. Were the red legs, which they are no more, to meet the Irish, some things could be different than a couple of weeks ago. Certainly 106, 113 and152, among others, will be of interest. It should be an exciting weekend.

Sorry, most assuredly I meant BCB. I assumed he still lives up there. Knowing your background, if you were to bet your house on Lookout on TFP, my guess is your spouse and son would see to it that you were locked out of your house on Lookout---both of them if you won.

 

It should be an interesting weekend indeed. I am assuming that TBSFBAG will not stand pat and there will be some surprises in store for TFP at duals. And there were a few surprises at Ryan that may not be replicated at the Cow Palace. Nonetheless, my money ( but not my house on Lookout) is on TFP.
