They are part of the Shelby County school district just as all Memphis city limit school. And a good percentage of the students at Arlington high school do not live in the city limits of Arlington TN.

Well we (Oak Ridge) may not beat Arlington, heck we may even get trounced, but i'll say one thing. Every single kid on our team is Oak Ridge born and bred. I bet a lot of schools at the tourney can't say that. Sorry, just being biased lol True though.

Being that shelby County school district has about 100k students encompassing 5 or 6 suburbs. Even after next year when the suburb cities have their own municipality school districts, there will still be some sort of open enrollment for any student in Shelby County.
