Lack of Consistency from TSSAA

Since the T$$AA site is still down, I made a map of the 4a quads to see if it made sense.  I guess if you look at travel, the way they split quads 2 and 3 kind of makes sense.

 BOTTOM LINE THE TSSAA IS THE WORST BRANCH FOR HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS IN THE NATION!

Seems to me like certain towns and schools always seem to get the breaks.I find it hard to believe there's not a strong element of politics involved at TSSAA - there are just too many inconsistencies for it not to be. Makes me feel bad for the coaches, and especially the players, on the "out" teams.
