I just want you to eat them words 2nite for me.... Millington wins 16-13.... Should have been worse!!! Millington was inside the 10 yard line 5 times... LC has a good team but couldn't pass the ball when they needed too... And I will say this again... Patrick Macon is the 2nd if not the best linebacker in the memphis area!!!

 

Patrick Macon is isnt better than Josh McMillon OR Elijah Williams of Whitehaven First off... Lawrence Co. was Clearly FRAUDULENT... Good Win for your program tho bruh

Macon is indeed the 2nd best LB in the area behind McMillon.  Whitehaven is the premiere public school program in Memphis and is attracting the best football players (Call in recruiting if you would like- I call it a good feeder program). Millington is a small town on the outside of Memphis. If Patrick Macon played at Whitehaven High, He would be a high major recruit just like McMillion.

He's definitely the 2nd best linebacker in Memphis... Go on YouTube and watch him play... And why is it that every team we play or beat is Fraudulant?? I guess going into the 4th quarter 21-20 against MBA was Fraudulant as well... Until our back up RB and QB get hurt in the 4th quarter... Macon didn't play vs Liberty Tech... That's why the score was so lopsided... Don't worry everybody will get a chance just to see how good #44 Patrick Macon is in the All-Star game and yet again you will eat them words like you did Friday nite... And LC had a stud on the DLine and 3 Stud RBS so they weren't Fraudulant at all...

Just caught the LC/Mill game. LC did have a stud D-lineman, but other than that defense was - well, fairly lacking. Not saying that LC was fraudulent, but they certainly did not have a top tier defense.

I'm not going to say that BHS. You have to go to camps EARLY ... in your freshman and sophomore seasons to make a name for yourself AND to see the competition. I mean, there still is time and the longer the post season play Millington has, the better. I'm just curious to see what groundwork has been done for this young man.

See what I mean, ignorance at its finest.... BHS always got something negative to say about millington. Lets see Kentucky, MTSU, Memphis,Ole Miss, Florida, Western Kentucky, Vandy are the camps he went too... He has over 40 highlight tapes in circulation.... Everybody wants him but he hasn't qualified yet, he's a point short and he just recently took it again. Theres a coach in here daily visiting with him and they always say that him and Josh are hands down the best two linebackers in this area(BUT I GUESS COLLEGE RECRUITERS ARE WRONG AS WELL AND BHS IS RIGHT). So before  BHS comes on here and tries to down talk a coaching staff as if we don't try to place a kid, do your homework first.

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
