bottom line is no matter who the community wanted as the head coach for Franklin county the community got Scott smith so now we need to give him a chance and support him, the players, and the program. I and a few others would have liked to seen someone else in this position but that didn't happen so lets do our part and support him until he gives us a reason not to.

Heard the new coach meet with one or two coaches today and did not even stay until the weight workouts was over. Got to put some time in with the kids if you want to gain their trust.

Sounds about right. Franklin County will be his 9th head coaching job in 23 years he probably don't want to get to attached to your players, makes it that much easier to leave

That is about how many times Smith has changed jobs.  His only real success has been at small schools.
