Galilee, we had some people there watching the game and they said Mitchell is probably better than they were last year and BTW not quite as good as they were last year. Bottom line is this.....if you are in 15A you want to finish 1st or 3rd. This way you stay away from Mitchell until finals. BTW, KIPP and Carver will all be tough games but they are winnable. I would rather play Mitchell in regional finals where there is less pressure and anything can happen. For a 15A team to make it to Murfreesboro they will either have to beat Mitchell or UC. Pick your poison! No easy route. Mitchell hasn't lost a game in Single A since they moved down last year.

Yea I saw BTW at Popular Bluff and they just crash and burn and fire the rock and if it goes in good and if it dont..Oh Well..we will just run down and shoot another 3..lol..not well coached at all and no discipline and no defense at all..But they are quick and athletic.

moving to single a was a blessing for mitchell. I have no clue why an "a" team was 3a at one time. phillips is a good coach and runs a good program there is no doubt but I wonder if valentine would have had the same kind of success if he had been able to play on this level.
