Braxton Blackwell is going to Oak Hill

It will take a lot more than a couple of losses to free agency to put CPA on a talent level with the teams in the division where they are allowed to play. I am sure that can struggle by with only 5 times the talent, rather than their preferred 20 times.

CPA will not have the dominant name yet, but they will have a very good team this year..... Saw them play this summer and they competed with good teams without Blackwell and Campbell

Since the TSSAA is in CPA's corner, Drew can now go out and bring another superstar in. Seems only public schools recruit according Childress.

 

 

Maybe now we will find out what kind of coach he really is, if he has to play with the kids he's given, instead of the ones he recruits. Of course, the season hasn't started yet, so he still has time to bring in another superstar or 5.

What's going to happen when CPA beats 95% of the teams they play when they don't have HS All Americans?

Should not be a problem of how many games are won.  Winning brings about scrutiny as to the "why" which leads to the issue of "level playing field," which if there isn't one leads to the issue and questions of whether or not it was created against the rules/spirit of the rules.  If it actually is done without transferring HS All-Americans/DI type players maybe there will be the right reasons this time around, ones that also actually support the school mission.  That is what CPA should want to happen.
