Yes there is If he didnt make a valid change of address or get a hardship he is ineligible 1 yr from the last time he played in a varsity game. Edited August 14, 2015 by orngnblk

No matter how u break it down, its still a dumb rule. Let the kid play.

Not that I am a fan of all of the decisions made by the T$$AA, but if the rule existed before the decision was made, this is a case of "better to ask forgiveness than permission". Doesn't work at a real job either.

He is going from a Private school to a Public school as long as he lives in the Hendersonville area I don't see the problem.

We sent in a appeal around 10 a.m. Today. Hopefully they make the right choice.

Send in some Dollywood tickets. It helps.

This is ridiculous! The kids going from private to public he won't play against any privates so what's the problem? What if the family could no longer afford to send him there and he had to go back to public school would he be eligible then? Let the kid play what a crock!

1- He did not move residence. He was always in the Hendersonville zone.

2- He is moving to Hendersonville because Ryan does not do early graduations

What's this got to do with anything? He's changing school systems so it won't effect any other school Father Ryan plays! Let the boy play ball!

No matter how dumb the rule is its still a rule. Had he just moved to Hendersonville I'm sure he could play. I'm sure he knew the rule before he switched schools. I hate it for him but thats how it goes.
