powerp
I understand they have athletes, but will it be a total mismatch from top to bottom or will it be in the skill position ,line,,special teams ,speed, etc. I know nothing about tyner, only watched h20 3 times in last 2yrs, i have been around h20 football since the 70's, i dont know many of the kids that play anymore, for h20 they have a special team this yr for them , not saying they will win the gold ball because im Realistic ,i know what usually happens when we play teams from your area. This h20 team has speed ,power and skill positions and a qb that can sling it, he went over 2000 yards and #5RB went over 1000. But this region is not like what we have been used to not as good as when we had the big 3 in single A .Does tyner have the same type of athletes trousdale had in the 90's? Im hoping for a good game. It will be a mismatch at every single position. Their line is big, backs are fast, and they gang tackle. I would be shocked if the game stays within 2-3 touchdowns. powerp
And Watertown lost to Forrest a top 5 team in a close game and DA who is top 10 team in DII which they was winning 20-7 till their star got hurt. This will be a good game no Blow out. Polls mean nothing at all in football if you have not figured that out yet....

Until they line up across from each other, you won't be able to see the difference (if it is any). I am looking for a good game as well. Not good with scores but if it goes to overtime, Tyner has won 2 this season.

Omniscience
Boyd and Marion should have easy weeks, Tyner you have to remember dropped down from 3A this year. I see them winning by 2-3 scores as well, just to many athletes. Won't be surprised if Bledsoe gives Forrest more than they want from a 4 seed. They have 2 backs over 220 and are very physical. We're in 1A, but play these teams. Region 3 will wipe the floor with region 4. Forrest might beat Bledsoe, but outside of that one the games shouldn't be close. This is just a rare year where 3 of the top 6-7 teams in 2A are all in the same region. It happens. In 2003 SP and Boyd were the best teams in 1A and they happened to be in the same region. In 2011 FC split 2 games with TC and won the State. In 2012 Gordonsville won 1A And FC won 2A with both being from Region 4. Good luck Purple Tigers.
