This game could've been a lot closer unfortunately. However a win is a win. Bledsoe has some success running the ball but kept going to the air for some reason which led to turnovers. I believe their OC dropped the ball (pun intended) on play calling. We were extremely basic on offense. Was disappointed in the tackling for Forrest, definitely going to have to tighten up against Marion, anyone know the score of the MC/Westmoreland game?

Congrats to Forrest but this was sure a disappointing season for us. Another losing season. We are exactly where we were a year ago, lost in the first round and a losing 5-6 record. Good luck to all the teams who's season is not over. See you all next year.

You made the playoffs in the toughest region in 2A. Good season by Bledsoe. Who did you lose to that you were better than? Nobody.

I know it's disappointing to lose but look at who BC has lost too and the scores. They lost to some very good teams and played a couple of them very well. SP could have easily been a win as well.

Your kids play with heart and a lot of grit, hats off to them for that. IMO your coaches need to reevaluate some things. I'm still baffled that yall didn't run the ball more in certain situations. Took unnecessary shots downfield on 50/50 balls that got picked off. Play calling was questionable needless to say.

Bledsoe did a good job of representing the region as a 4 seed versus a 1 seed. The 4th and 2 call makes me shake my head but at least use big #2 who got positive yards every time he ran the ball. The drive in the 3rd quarter Bledsoe was moving the ball well 4 or 5 yards a carry then elects totake the big back out and throws downfield for an INT. The Forrest kid did an outstanding job cutting the route off in the end zone and making a circuscatch in the for an INT and 62 is a really good ball player. I said 21 to 14or 28to 14 and it easily could have been a one score game. Congratulations

to Forrest hopefully we will see you next week.

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
