Here are my thoughts from being there:

Whitehaven just lost to a bunch of undersized kids with one main athlete who basically won the game for them. Ravenwood had virtually no run game all night except for a couple of plays and the Whitehaven front dominated. As for the Whitehaven offense it might be some of the worst play calls I've ever seen... You have huge receivers that can go up and get the ball and you didn't throw it to them? The run game gets stuffed and you don't adjust to and continue to get stuffed.. Also the penalties hurt them but in the end both of these teams were playing for 2nd place in 6A

We know what you meant dahaven..sour apples are best with lil salt in the game....lol....im still looking for the dude that said the winner of RW and WH was playing for second place.....then I was reading alot of the comments on that thread and it brought me back to something my friend always say..the same things that make you laugh, will make you cry!!! Did Maryville play terrible or did they get dominated??

To me Maryville didn't play terrible. They were just out coached and out executed, just like we were. Our game was a lot closer imo but RW is overall just a great team. Can't take anything away from them at all.

I agree...this was their time..but if we say we shot ourselves in the foot we get labeled as sore losers rather than giving the other team credit. ..they got dominated especially in the second half. Out played and out coached. ...

Where were you guys at ?? Oh at home watching again ... Maryville keeps doing their Part for a rematch with you guys , but for 3 years in a row now you guys have been watching " The DRAGON " Play for a State Championship .
